Shipping & Returns


We are excited for you to receive your new Revision eyewear so we offer free Fedex Ground shipping on all orders.

If you want your eyewear faster, you have a few options for expedited service when you check out.

We ship products ordered via the Revision on-line store to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses by way of USPS. We estimate 5 to 14 days for delivery once the order has been shipped. However, some destinations may take longer.

An actual person in our Essex, Vermont warehouse picks your frames and lenses and assembles your Revision eyewear for you. Orders received after 1pm EST will usually ship on the following business day, but generally, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us so you know when to expect your Revision eyewear.  While we do our absolute best to make sure you receive your order on schedule, there are occasionally delays due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Keep in mind that we want our Revision team to get out and enjoy their weekends just like you do so no orders are processed on Saturdays, Sundays and certain U.S. holidays.

We are happy to accept returns up to 45 days after original shipping date. Revision product must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging and with all components included.  Product must be in saleable condition – in other words in the exact condition in which you received your items.  Returns must be shipped back to Revision within 45 days of your original ship date (you can find this date on your invoice or by logging into My Account). 

Rx products are not eligible for refund or return as these have been customized. 

Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or return.

We will send you an email to let you know that we received your return at our facility and a second email once your return has been reviewed.  If everything looks good, you should expect a refund to your credit card within the following 7-14 days, but please be aware that it can sometimes take up to 30 days for it to appear on your credit card statement.
